arpeejajo
I've played most of them, but FFX is the best. Crazy summons, storyline, music, and I love turn based RPGs.

FoolMeNever
I think either X, VII, or III is the best, for me, XII just sucked, I hated the battle system. According to Slimey, the storyline was bad too.

Even though I stick to what I said. I just don't like games that you move around and attack the enemies. I prefer traditional RPGs. Also, 20 hrs is short for me. But I have ATLEAST 50 or more hrs clocked on FFX, and I'm not even done with the freaking game.

Then I can see how you got 50 hrs on it.

I don't even know what the Monster Arena is. I've never really played 8, idk why. I've never completed ANY FF game. I don't have any incentive to play 12. Btw, why do you want me to edit my post? :? The Slime Lord
He wanted KA Flame to edit his post because he liked Tales more than Final Fantasy (like me). Anyway, I have a horrible habit of not finishing any games I play. I stopped playing FF3 because I just got bored with it, I randomly stopped playing FF9 about half way through it, I stopped playing FF5 because I just got pissed with it, and I had to force myself to finish FF4, FF6, FFX-2, and FF12. I beat FF7 and FFX because I had the most fun playing them. But with FF8, I have tried to play that game multiple times and have never finished it. I've had to start that game like, 4 times because either a disc breaks, I lose a memory card, or my game gets erased or whatever. I just got a little fed up with having to start it so many times, I just stopped playing it. (Weird, I've never just stopped playing a Tales game besides Tales of Innocence. Well, that game is in Japanese, and none of the translation guides and walkthrus are very good...)

Even with my power-leveling obsession. Wow, you beat FF9 in 4 hours? I have like, 30 hrs on it, and I'm only on disc 3 I think. I forgot about 9, I actually prefer it over VII and III. Don't know why. I just got attached to the characters more then VII.
JesusofChaosâ„¢
i agree 7 is better than 9 but cloud vs sperioth= ultimate. However 12 owns both due to improved gameplay and graphics and there is not an annoying tone after every battle

And I don't care about graphics. Annoying tone? Oh, the signature FF theme. I actually like that.
Guest JoshIcy
yeah... that was minus the long cutscenes..... FF9 was insanely easy...... and power leveling? i beat sin in FFX at level 30.....Sephiroth at level 26Ultimecia at level 50Kuja at level 23and Vayne at level
The Slime Lord
I guess that's why I can't finish any FFs. I never really like the characters. After playing so many Tales games, all the FF characters seem so flat (especially FF12's). And before I stopped playing FF9, I had about 18 hours on it. I was near the end of the 3rd disc. The difficulty in that game is so unbalanced. I have Zidane at like Lv35 or something, and the rest of my guys are at around Lv15. And it doesn't help they give you next to no Exp at the end of battles.

(That besides Tactics, and X.)
