DARKPLANT RISING
In the OCG art, the Barbarian was on the front of the man, but TCG altered the art because it looked like he was...you know. I mean, isn't stuff too sensitive here? I never even THOUGHT about that until I saw the change.

DARKPLANT RISING
But honestly, why so? I don't really exactly get why European/American culture is like that. Sure, until 100 years ago all public baths were mixed (hell, even now some remain like that), and besides, over 60% of the members of sexual internet chat sites are Japanese, so you can say my country is pretty interested in those sorts of stuff over the others. But can someone tell me the historical background of exactly why English countries are so sensitive? (I suck at English History, so I wanna know.) DARKPLANT RISING
To be honest, I feel that censoring things as minature as this is just unneeded.
I frankly just blame religious history for that. They tend to be very strict about stuff like this. Hell, in the 1920s, I believe, a woman having her skirt above her ankles was considered 'scandalous'. So really, it's just a long history of sexuality and gore being taboo in society because of religious practice and culture. Why exactly is a question I can't answer well enough. I agree with you that it doesn't need to be as strict as it is. EDIT: I tried to find an article talking about it, but the closest I could come up with was this: http://www.animenews...rial/1998-07-09 It doesn't completely get into it, but it does talk about it. I should also, at this point, point out that Yu-Gi-Oh! is focused towards children, especially in the US, so Konami is likely censoring to make sure that children won't be scared or parents will get mad or something. Capitalism.
