This card is an insult to Neo Galaxy-Eyes, having the same ATK, an extremely similar effect (even less conditional than Neo Galaxy's), and being a Rank 8 that only requires 2 Materials (Neo requires 3).If they release it like this, they're colossal morons. [/quote] At least when released in RL, since Number 96 and Number 40 were DARK specific in the anime, but generic in RL. I just dont see this being released in this form. This card cannot attack the turn you activate. This card cannot attack directly. IRL effect will probably be something like that. OT- beat Big eye and Volcasaurus as the best Number. It only specifices 'face-up', so any Mirror Force or whatever you have set would obliterate it, not to mention it's forced to attack each time it activates this effect, so it can't avoid any of your traps. "It can be countered" is terrible logic because Shi En and Quasar can be countered with Solemn Warning.
