That would have made it good and balanced it out nicely. But no... Geez. First, Konami doesn't know how to make a good Mind Control as an attack, then Hudson Soft gets dissolved into Konami. Attack-Declaration is the activation for the effect. Mutant Mindmaster never actually attacks, the controlled target attacks [i]for him[/i].
