I want to remind people that I advocated in favor of Utopia Ray, despite people saying my teching it into my Rabbit Deck was a waste of a slot. It won games. And later, people agreed it was worth running in some Decks.

Lately, I've been wanting to run Number 32, though. I keep coming down to Photon Thrasher + Rescue Rabbit as an epic combo to pull it off.

OT: Though this card is only 200 ATK less than ultimate Tyranno except Tyranno require tributes in your normal summon, I'd summon this over than tributing 2 monsters cause it's a bit faster and yes it does require an additional monster but oh well. If i'm using non-WATER deck, I'd add in Shark Drake or steal your opponent's then summon this to bypass its original Summoning requirement (Since it most likely gonna keep attribute in it.) Eventually you would come across a way to give it a little boost to run over most monsters that if they're 2900 or higher ATK.

For TCG players, at least, this would most likely be a good choice in Xyz-heavy decks, since Shark Drake and Shock Ruler are the only Rank 4 monsters needing 3 materials.

I hate it when people think too directly inside the box to see that this is a really interesting and well-designed card. Y'all people wanting minimal effort for large rewards is the reason why people complain about the gamestate. *insert rant*

Maybe when I get back, I might make a deck around C32, since it just seems really awesome.

I think this card could be good in some decks such as Verz where you can pretty get a 3 Material Rank 4 on the field in less than 2 turns. It makes a good alternative to Ourobrous and can pretty much wail on most other Xyz Monsters. The Wingman effect does help but getting 3 Level 4s on the field while on 1000 usually ends in defeat because you're probably under heavy attack. Big Fish would as said get a bit of a boost with this (as if they need it) against Swarms and stuff. And Bubble Beat. And pretty much any Level 4 Spam Deck. In case you can't think of any ideas :

Verz Mandrago eff -> Rabbit into 2 Heliope/ Normal Summon Castor and get another Verz/ Monk and another Level 4 -> Shark Drake -> Overlay for this.

Mausoleum of the Emperor -> Pay 2000 for Coelcanth -> SS 4 Level 4 Fish -> Overlay 3 for Shark Drake -> Into this -> Save last Fish for negation or return to hand to SS Birdman then chain T.g Warwolf - > Brionac or any other Level 6 Synchro

One Gadget -> Ultimate Offering -> Normal Summon 2 other Gadgets -> Overlay for Shark Drake -> This -> Rinse and repeat.

Special Summon Photon Thrasher with eff -> Normal Summon Hero -> Set all Spell/Traps as you deem fit -> Hopefully SS Bubbleman -> Overlay Shark Drake -> This + When this card or Drake gets sent to grave -> Remove Hero and This/Drake from grave with Miracle Fusion -> Absolute Zero

This card really does shout OTK.

So while I think it's less likely to be run in most Decks than Number C39 (which can be run in anything that runs Utopia), I think there could be a bunch of fun Decks that could make use of this card. The trick remains getting it out in the first place, and a Deck focused on Shark Drake would probably love it. You could pull off some pretty cool comebacks using Xyz Reborn or something.

I'm now contemplating some sort of Generation Force Deck using some sort of Xyz engine with some of the "Xyz" cards as support, like Xyz Reborn or Xyz Territory. Or Xyz Unit, considering how Number C32 would probably enjoy that card.

And I'm still trying to build a Deck that can make good use out of Number 32.

More comment n its Summoning Condition. While Utopia Ray's Summoning Condition (3 Level 4 LIGHTs) is kind of ridiculous, since it's just SO much easier to use 2 any Level 4s for Number 39, and then upgrade to Number C39, this one's default Summoning Condition is actually reasonable. My original criticism is that it's more or less identical to Number 32, but requiring WATERs, this actually looks good on Number C32.

By having the same basic requirement as Number 32 (3 Level 4s), the same effort you'd put into Shark Drake, you could also bring out this directly. It's not much harder to use the default vs the upgrade method (again, Number C39 requires 1 more Material than Utopia itself needs, so the only good way to bring it out is via the upgrade), so a WATER based Deck could use this even without Shark Drake available. A Deck that would run this would probably already use Shark Drake, and have a semi-reliable way to bring it out.

The method of using Shark Drake to upgrade this becomes advantageous: Shark Drake itself will become an Xyz Material, and this would have 4 Materials instead of 3. Utopia Ray will have 3 Materials either way you bring it out, and that makes its default Summoning Method look stupid.
