ITT: Fiendish Chain can target vanillas

Fiendish chain continuously targets and can only negate if the monster is faceup on the field on resolution just like skill drain.

Chalice negates anywhere that activates on the field regardless of where/what the card is on resolution just like veiler.

So yeah.

OT: I dunno why we needed the "ITT" part of this thread.

Anyway, most of the points have been made here. Chalice is just plain better. Plus Chalice works with Royal Decree so the more to the decks that side against Rabbit.
