Aww. It was significantly nerfed (It needed to be, but still).

Hinting at Level 5+ "Heraldry Beasts" with Special Summoning clauses? I hope so, because otherwise, this card's effect is pretty darn pointless. The only real reason this should be used is to get out Genome Heriter, as currently, there are only two different monsters who are able to do it.
I'd honestly rather use Harmonic Waves in this thing's current form.

As stated, unless they include some sort of Heraldic Cyber Dragon, this card just won't work.
Of course, thats only inside the archetype.
