Activate by paying 1000 Life Points. The effects of all face-up monsters on the field are negated while those monsters are face-up on the field (but their effects can still be activated).

Wouldn't be too surprised if this started seeing list attention again, tbh. You can run 3 of this in anything and call it anti-meta.

Yes, lets limit the only card that deals with all 3 of the big decks. Great idea.

This card is friggin awesome. It makes a 1900 into a 3000, a 1400 into a 2800, a 3800 do damage, makes Goblins stay in attack, and, and, it kills decks, and it kills Xyzs that aren't Pearl, and, and, there was that awesome episode where Jaden rammed Grand Mole into Five-Headed Dragon to bounce it and Trueman countered with this which was the greatest scene in the show's history, and, and, it has A Cat of Ill Omen to search it, and it has Mask of Darkness to get it back, and it's @3, and Jetroid can get it out for laughs before it gets MST'd, and, and, it's art summarizes your opponent's reaction when you play it, and there should be an alt art based on Flipping the Table to show the other random percentage of players who ragequit to this card.

This card is friggin awesome, it is rightfully @3, and it is in your face, but...

...you could say that Skill Drain...

...takes the skill out of the game...

...but so does autopilot and FTKs. This game's full of cancers, and Skill Drain is the cure.

So Skill Drain is like using a counterfire strategy.

You can't stop the cancer, so you try to limit its potential by infecting the nearby parts with more cancer, strategically, so it won't spread.

Of course, Konami could end up just pulling a Chicago and make the cancer spread faster.
