TheKaitoKid
Lore: 3 Level 3 WATER monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using "Number 17: Leviathan Dragon" as Xyz Material (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials to this card). WATER monsters you control are unaffected by card effects. Once per turn: You can target 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard; detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and Special Summon that target. A monster(s) Special Summoned by this effect gain 300 ATK but have their effects negated Purpose: This is my one off, Xyz Change version of Number 17: Leviathan Dragon. She's useful for capitalizing on a used up Leviathan Dragon but she's also helps get WATER monsters to the field and supports WATER monsters in general. She also has a pretty nice chunk of ATK and a decent amount of DEF. Two things to note though:

You must target the WATER monster in your Graveyard before detaching and Special Summoning. This means that detaching is not a cost, it's an effect. This was done to prevent you from going Tour Guide -> Sangan -> Xzy #17 -> Chaos Change C17 -> Detaching #17 -> Special Summon #17 -> Chaos Change C17 -> Repeat until you have 3 C17's and 1 #17.
There is no Level restriction on it, so it can grab pretty much any WATER monster, which opens the door for many different plays and combos. Blake
And you made this a Chaos Number WHY? You completely disregarded EVERY rule that Chaos Numbers have. -Chaos Numbers include the original version's name, plus an extra word in it that relates to an Xyz that influenced the user heavily (See: Utopia Ray, Shark Drake Vice, Vice being from Revise/Leviath Dragon). -The effect (at least the trigger effect) cannot be activated/resolved unless 1000 or less LP. -They retain the same Stats/Attribute/Type as the monster they evolve from. Only the effect, name, and art change. -The effect, at least in the anime, is related to but seemingly inverse of the Original. Utopia supports a finishing assault whereas Utopia stops attacks. C32 (Anime) banishes a "Shark" in Grave to lower the ATK of an Opp, whereas Shark Drake revives what it kills, lowers its attack, and attacks again. This is absolutely nothing like Leviathan, sans an ATK increase, and why the hell would you design WATER support out of something meant for being generic like, y'know, all Numbers except Numbers 8 and 12, the former being the only non-generic normal Number and the latter being better as a Chump Blocker on itself that is generic enough to go in Rank 5 making decks? -The pic of a Chaos Number is an edited version of the original with a change to the color scheme. Shark Drake became white because it was linked to Leviathan Dragon, who is Ice Based, as evidenced in the transformation and attack where icy moments were shown. Utopia became a mostly black monster due to the fact it was influenced by Black Ray Lancer. It also grew fins similar to him as wings, among other things. Past the absolutely abysmal flavor of the card, there's the fact that it's broken. You get a 2500 reborn for doing nothing except overlaying 2 level 3s. Have you heard of Atlanteans? They ADORE Leviathan, so they'd be all over this. Yes, the latter doesn't have its effect go off, but, instead, lets you revive another to loop anyways while getting +s off of the opponent as you do. I mean, WATER is in no way hurting for revival, this just gives it even more ridiculously easy revival. Oh, and you tack on a protection effect for no legitimate reason, just to say you did. wonderful. You should honestly just scrap it because you completely ignored what a Chaos Number is, as well as made a broken support for an up-and-coming decktype that already abuses the hell out of the original. Toffee.
The card's artwork.... I SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE. But sadly, Leviathan Dragon would not become one of Harpuia's friends.
Synchronized
Ignoring everything Black said, I can make this much more reasonable: You turned Tour Guide into 2 separate monsters; a 2500 beatstick that is unaffected by card effects, and a 3200 beatstick that is unaffected by card effects. All for no cost. It's ridiculous. No one would actually use 3 WATER monsters to go into this. Just Tour Guide > Leviathan > This > Detach Leviathan > Special Summon Leviathan > Win. It's absurdedly awful card design.
