Honestly? I want to use this. I think it has a lot of potential for some sweet Xyz combos. It's got enough restrictions to be underestimated.

So it can only be used with 2 monsters with the same Type (not too hard), and they need 1000 or less ATK.

Well, Hieratics come to mind, since they turn ATK to 0 and they're Dragons, but that wont work too well unless you use Level 4 or lower Normal Dragons. You could use it with a Level 4 and a Level 6 for Gustaph, or a Level 4 and a Level 5 for Dyson Sphere, but with Hieratics, that's a ridiculously bad idea since they can spam just fine with Atum's combos.

Rabbit could potentially make Rank 8s, but you have to run 2 Level 4 or lower Normals with 1000 ATK or less, which makes me think of Gem-Knight Sapphire, which has 0 ATK for a Level 4.

Tour Guide does seem like an epic idea, although I do roll my eyes at how Tour Guide makes almost all Xyz support look way too good.

Overall, this seems more effective, or at least less conditional, than some of the other Level modifiers like Galaxy Queen's Light. And Frogs could have some fun making Rank 4s.

So a lot of potential in this card, you just got to figure out how to tap into that potential.

So.... Send Ladybug to make Dragonfly a level 5, and Dragonfly Summons something -> Use this -> ????
Summon Hornet, use this to make them both Level 8, Overlay for a Rank 8.

Or Summon a Ladybug to make them Level 7 and go for Big Eye.

Or Summon Hornet and use Ladybug to make it Level 5, use this for Gustaph.

Venus to get 3 Shine Balls, this, 2 Level 4 Balls, Xyz into Constellar Omega, Xyz Omega into Messier 7. Bounce Venus for Birdman, synch last ball into Brio.

Batteryman AAA, use eff to SS another AAA, this, Heaven's Strings
Birdman is Level 3, Shine Ball is Level 2. Brio is Level 6.

I like the Batteryman idea, though.

Let's see the math of Coelacanth now.
Rank1: 3 Deepsea Macrotema
Rank2: Gishki Abbyss
Rank3: Needle Sunfish
Rank4: Souleater
Rank5: Abbyss+Murmillo+Gate
Rank6: Murmillo+Murmillo+Gate or Lemuria
Rank7: Coelacanth+Gungnir
Rank8: Flying Fish+Flying Fish+Gate
Rank9: 4 lv4 WATER+Lemuria
Rank10: 2xCatapult Warrior+Gate
Rank11: Coelacanth+Gungnir+2 WATER fish+Lemuria

I love my fishies.

I could actually see this card working as an extremely viable tech in Dino Rabbit. Even if you're running 1, you could still make plenty of things. Think about it; if you can't drop Dolkka turn one, you can go Tour Guide > Sangan, Strike Bounzer, or things along those lines. It opens up a variety of plays to allow Dino Rabbit even more options, increasing its versatility.

Now, assuming that the Deck is still somewhat playable in September (honestly, I can't imagine them ruining it completely because they want to sell tins and make money, and with Dolkka's reprint, it wouldn't make a lot of sense) this could geniuenly be something worth running. Worst case scenario, you side it out Games 2 and 3, or side it in depending on what build you're facing. If it's Chaos Dragons, perhaps you'd just want to try and preserve as many resources as possible and not rely on a potential inconsistent draw.

That being said, keeping in mind the fact that some Rabbit builds also run Grand Mole, that's another target for this with TGU/Sangan etc. Plus, you could try switching up the engine somehow if you were interested in going into Thunder End or Heliopolis.

Realistically though, I think if you were going to invest in the space to try this, your best bet would be to keep the Deck's mainframe engine (with the Saber's and Kaba's) and just focus on being able to make Rank 6's. Bounzer is obviously great, and Focus Force can offer a viable option to run over plenty of things with 2800 ATK, as well as hinder REDMD or other things, at least temporarily.

I can understand the logic behind not wanting to play it, either. But to be honest, it definitely offers even more plays to a Deck that already has plenty of outs to everything.

Play Forbidden Chalice on Greed Quasar
Summon some other Fiend-Type
Use this.
Both become above 12
????????????
Realize that only 1 of those monsters can do that

I realized I misread the card. I changed my post entirely.

OT: I can see this being used a LOT when it comes out. I bet you it'll become semi or limited when it's released.
