It negates just about everything save Scrap Dragon. AND WHO THE HELL USES THAT ANYWAY?

It's a damn good boss monster. If only it were so simple to bring it out. inb4bigfishy

The 1st effect is pretty random, TBH. The 2nd one, being a quick-effect, is awesome and versatile.

I (as always) could run it with Seaking. But if I wanted effect negation, the deck generates enough fodder to run Plasma easily. I could run one if the Extra was at least 21.
