Galkin
Here is a list of a few cards that could work nicely with this card: - Evilswarm Thunderbird - Thunder King Rai-oh - Watt Archtype - Fa/Mo thunder
d3ath79
Quite a decent card. One for One destruction, and a search. You should have the cost be the tribute, then like, discard Thunder type monsters instead. Tribute THUNDER, Discard THUNDER, Special Summon THUNDER Lore: Tribute 1 Thunder type monster: Discard any number of Thunder type monsters; destroy cards equal to discarded number. You can special summon a Thunder type monster whose level is equal to number of discarded monsters. =p
Galkin
Your Lore has errors. It could be: 1: Tribute 1 Thunder-type monster you control; discard any number of Thunder-type monsters in your Hand and destroy cards on the Field equal to the number of discarded monsters. Then, you can Special Summon 1 Thunder-type monster whose level is equal to the number of discarded monsters from your Deck . In this case, moving the discard to be an effect and not a cost makes it more safe as you won't suffer as much if the card effect gets negated. It also makes the Thunder restriction very important or else this would be abused in DW. The problem here, however, is that due to the "equal" part, you might be forced to discard a predetermined amount of cards to summon the monster you want. I wouldn't want to discard a bunch of monsters, especially Thunder who have little use in the Graveyard. 2: Tribute 1 Thunder-type monster you control and discard any number of Thunder-type monsters in your Hand; destroy cards on the Field equal to the number of discarded monsters, then you can Special Summon 1 Thunder-type monster whose level is equal to the number of discarded monsters from your Deck. This case is much dangerous as getting negated will cost you a LOT. So wanting to summon a strong monster is extremely unsafe to do.

The pic is bad, but in terms of balance I find it perfectly done. It's got everything a good support card for an undersupported type needs. Not much more to say here. Phantasy Dreamz
That idea is crappy because Thunders BADLY need something that can actually work, besides Watts.
Batteryman says "HI" Batteryman Short Circuit OTK is better than Watts Why not limit it down to just discarding MONSTERS instead of "cards"? Getting just 1 Thunder type on the field is no biggy.

newhat
This is a reasonable card. You can ply the card presence you gain from Thunder Seahorse, Thunder Dragon and SisThunder into Spell Speed 2 destruction. You can also chain this to Summon Rai-Oh in response to your opponent's Pots of Duality. Kind of odd that this card starts 2 different Chains, though.
Quite a decent card. One for One destruction, and a search.
It's a -1 since you use up Thunderwave itself.
