wiithepeople
Let's all talk about the Steelswarms in general. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Steelswarm
Reginanos
Konami needed to continue with them instead of going to Evilswarm. The same goes with Vylon and Constellar. As for the archetype itself, it would be so much better if it actually had some more support and bread & butter monsters like Steelswarm Cell. That's what it really needs, because what the archetype has now is a few monsters to put on the field first and 6 tribute monsters, and it expects us to just go and summon them all like no tommorow? Can't really happen... Finally, Caucaustag is the highest tribute Steelswarm you should use in a deck. Hercules is just a bit too hard to get out and Longhorn just absolutely sucks. The Warden
Really Girastag is the highest level you should use, Caucastag is just meh.
Agro
Monarchs do the whole "Tribute" thing better. Oh, and Advance Zone is crap.

Shadius
Wish it came out years ago, honestly a chaos varient running scouts and the lightsworn engine is the only decent way to run it but it's like, why play it when you can play Chaos Dragons or Monarchs. Toffee.
See, the problem with Steelswarms, is the fact they have effects that contradict themselves, are slow, or just completely useless. Now while Steelswarms are cool and all when you get them going, but them being really archetype-centric is what holds them back.
