By taking away the Special Summon aspect of it, it becomes only moderately useable in a Deck entirely devoted to pulling off it's effect, which is just way too much to waste. Enemy Controller... ... plus a whole host of other bad cards that I don't want to waste my time looking for. This card has wasted enough of it.
