ide say its fair but bad because konarchs dont get their effects but they are still 2400 beaters so ide say fair middle of the road card

Thank you for your feedback. Some monarchs would get their effects though e.g. kuraz the light monarch (Lore: When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can destroy up to 2 cards on the field. For each card destroyed, that card's controller draws 1 card. This card cannot attack during the turn it is Normal or Special Summoned) but yeah most must be tribute summoned in order for the effects to work.

yea which is the reason that this card isnt broken cause its like ok kuraz eff is crap
and all the big bad monarch's eff I.E.(caius raiza and sometimes mobius) are when they are tribute summoned
the only moinarch that has a good eff when its normaled is delg (cause hes a walking D.D. crow)
but thats the only plus play u have so its not htat big of a gamechanger TBH

You, person, are a joke. Delg is the worst monarch in the game by far. D.D. Crow is used because it can chain to things and mess stuff up, Delg just gets rid of stuff. Kuraz isn't that good, but he definitely is better than Delg.

Now onto the card. The main reason Monarchs are even ran are because of their powerful effects, which this card ends up denying due to the fact that they are now Level 4. If you want a Level 4 or lower beatstick, Injection Fairy Lily still exists. This isn't needed at all and only bad Monarch decks would run it.

Again, it would still be used only in bad Monarchs. Good Monarchs use the Frog archetype to generate monsters to use for their Tribute Summon, they don't need anything else to make it easier to bring them out. The fact that this works with only 1 Monarch also makes it bad, Treeborn Frog will SS himself to be the tribute fodder for many Monarchs.

Edited card. In order to make it work with treeborn frog I made it return to your hand instead of making it continuous (with the "once per turn" effect) and also don't forget that once the monarchs hit the field they are still level 6 meaning that with double summon or ultimate offering you can get a level 6 xyz out with extreme ease but I was trying not to make it OP so thanks for your feedback.

@Kvn523 thank you! the picture was one from the wiki + the picture of a monarch + my own editing (the glint in the guys eye mainly).

The problem is that Kuraz and Delg are the only ones who will benefit from this card since they don't need to be Tribute Summoned to get the effects. Other than that, the better Monarchs like Caius and Raiza, become just 2400 vanillas with this. It's not very open to the archetype as a whole, and screws over 6 monsters in said archetype.

Well those monsters are the only real cards in the archtype but it was really there to be a card to get out of situations where your low on tribute fodder and want a card to be able to get you out of said situations. I know its not powerful as many have said but what would you do with the concept? the only suggestion I got was making there effects work when summoned but that seemed a bit OP.
1 idea I have - "In till the end phase "monarch" monsters can be normal summon without tributing. During the end phase return all "monarch" monsters to your hand that where normal summoned this turn."
Tell me if you think that lore is better or not.
Thanks for all the the feedback guys! Even negative feedback is appreciated ;)

How are you low on tribute fodder in Frognarchs? Treeborn Frog is immortal pretty much and Ronintoadin is the ultimate sidekick to treeborn.

Even your most recent concept is just rewording the same thing as your previously failed concept. Well take that back its worst because your spell card undoes your field advantage at the end of the turn and you still wouldn't get the effects you desire off. Which begs the question why play this?

OT: Why is MacroMonarch not good? I liked it. Macro was sufficient in shutting down most of the meta. Is it because it doesn't provide the same standby phase shenanigans as Frognarchs?
