I have two answers to that:

1. No, you should not. The Spell gives your scarcely-existent archetype hideously broken draw power. It's a Pot of Avarice on steroids for Sharks.

2. Yes, you should. There aren't many Sharks out there, and they don't work together whatsoever.

Tone down on the draw power this card has.

100% Agreed with Background. I see potential, you just need to improve it. There's only a few cards with Shark in its name in the TCG, so this doesn't really have a place on any existing decks.

But! I said existing decks. This card, if released, people could make a whole new deck called: LolSharkExodia, because of the ridiculous draw power this has, Exodia's pieces can be easily retrieved just with this card alone. The effect is ridiculous in it's own rights and is beyond broken IMO. Either lower the amount of draw power or change the effect. But still, not bad for a newb.
