Great Unclean One: VK
This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. You can banish this face-up card you control; Special Summon 2 Level 4 or lower Normal Monsters with the same name from your Deck. Destroy them during the End Phase. The effect of "Rescue Rabbit" can only be activated once per turn. Ever since I've come back into YGO, I've been running into this guy. I have no idea on how to stop him, Turn 1 he comes and spams the field. I go first but next turn he out numbers me and leads me into a lock down. What is a man supposed to do? My Spirit Swap deck ain't doing jack (Wait, my deck can actually do something?) and my Counter Fairy deck along with my Empty Jar deck are still being made. Anything I should side deck against this? DARKPLANT RISING
WTF? Rescue Rabbit is one of the best cards ever. It saved all the undermeta decks and finally made Vanillas except Mystical Shine Ball a valid option in top-tier decks. The real problem is Laggia, and if it goes to 0, this will be perfectly fine.
Honestly, if someone can rekindle my faith in people who play YGO, I'll take this all back, but to be honest Kenta. I f***ing raged at this card enough to allow my to join the Rising Sons chapter as a Neophyte. Every turn 3 it's a game over because of this card constantly being summoned to summon more XYZ cards. Now, I haven't seen any under meta decks so I honestly don't really care. Namely I'm with my family at tournys watching 2 of them get their asses whopped while I chill and play 40k or hit on the fat chicks.
Synchronized
I don't understand people's attempted logic of Laggia being the problem and Rabbit not being a problem. It's still a 1-card Xyz that generates advantage for little to no cost and is re-usable. The statements of "Oh, it makes Decks like Gem-Knights more relevant", is pointless, because it's still terrible card design, as is Laggia. Honestly, both of them should see list placement, Laggia for being a walking Solemn Judgment on legs that is still very playable in Evols, and this for being just far too powerful for its own good. OT: Just run Effect Veiler, which you should probably be running at 2-3 in everything, anyway. Or Forbidden Chalice.
Lonk
Konami really should have aborted this idea in the design of PHSW (I know they were in the "support Normals" phase). Seriously, Cat was banned for a good reason and Konami decided to remake him into this. What made Konami think that a more generic yet normal-specific card would have been a good idea, because it had "massive balancing"? Topdecking cards into victory is terrible, and Rabbit is one of the more prominent cards that does that. Rabbit to 0.
Expelsword
Rescue Cat is still better, but this needs list attention.
This Account is Unplayable
By Kenta's logic, Rescue Cat should be unbanned because it supports undermeta beasts. From there we can proceed to ban obvious problem cards such as Airbellum and Summoner Monk.
Toffee. Done that. But seriously, most of Rabbit's problem is the fact it being Banished is hardly a drawback, the fact it Summons either a walking Solemn Judgment OR a Divine Wrath, or pretty much provides fodder for just about anything... Yea, supporting Normals is cool and all, but the card is just ridiculous no matter how you look at it :/

Synchronized
I'd be absolutely shocked if Rabbit actually went to 0, but putting it at 1 is very reasonable to expect by Konami's logic. At the very least, at least the consistency of the Deck would be severely hindered, especially if they hit Tour Guide as well, to the point where Rabbit would become more of a tech and less of a central focus. And since I know Konami wants to make money above all else, I think that's probably the best we can hope for at this point.

Expelsword
With 3 Call of the Haunted, Limit Reverse, and Monster Reborn, it seems like it would be pretty easy to get at compared to Leviar.

Seriously, I wish it was sent to Graveyard instead of Banish, just because of Leviar shenanigans (and that Rabbit would feel like more of its own deck than "Herpderp add these cards in and then staples/techs"). Synchronized
You know how many Normals you'd have to run for that to actually be an engine worth running? Rabbit is so much faster now, but having to rely on Limit Reverse and Call of the Haunted in a format with 3 MST, 1 Heavy Storm, and even Night Beams? There's no point.
