The Seal of Orichalcos!

The most long-awaited card in the history of Dueling is FINALLY here!

During Season 4 (“Waking the Dragons”) of the original Yu-Gi-Oh! TV series, this ultimate weapon of ancient Atlantis cut a path right through our heroes, and became legendary as one of the most powerful cards in existence.

The Seal of Orichalcos is a Field Spell card with three key powers:

1. Gives all your monsters +500 Attack Points.

2. Highly resistant to removal from the field.

3. Allows your stronger monsters to protect your weaker ones.

Each box of Legendary Collection 3: Yugi’s World comes with a Seal of Orichalcos of your very own, with all three of these powers – and it’s 100% tournament legal!

My mind is full of f***.

Point 2 means it's very hard to remove the Seal.

Point 3 is probably talking about its effect that turns your S/T Zone into a secondary Monster Card Zone that can't be attacked until the first Monster Card Zone is empty.

Wait a minute, if they are releasing this...

The Seal of Orichalcos is a Field Spell card with three key powers:

/Ok.

1. Gives all your monsters +500 Attack Points.

/Ok.

2. Highly resistant to removal from the field.

I'm going to assume you cant Destroy/Remove/Return it, ALTHOUGH, you can play another Field Spell and trigger some idiotic drawback.

3. Allows your stronger monsters to protect your weaker ones.

This doesn't really mention additional monster card zones. Hell, this could even turn into a weird "You select the attack targets for the Opponent"-effect.

.....

I'm now skeptical about this card.

I'm guessing that you...

a ) Won't be able to destroy it. Sending it and removing it from the field is perfectly fine.

b ) Allows you to give up monsters to protect others.

... well, crap. I hope little impressionable kids don't take this card too seriously and try to kill each other.

Then again, it doesn't seem like this version of the card gives you extra Monster Zones, so it actually seems a lot more balanced.

... though I wonder if it makes your monsters DARK...?

The funny thing is, I can see this being viable.

An indestructible card that means that all of your 1900 ATK beatsticks can successfully wall dinos is a pretty big deal. Although, basically it makes the mirror match in your favour.

And that's with only knowing the first two effects. That third one could mean anything.

Competitive generic field spell?
