This insta-winner still persists through many formats, and it's pretty much becoming a nuisance that a skilless deck pwns your ass and you don't get to do much. It makes a lot of stuff that's better for game spiral out of control,and every time it is playable it makes the game all about lol luck instead of outplaying your opponent,kill it with fire. I would have liked to play against a first generation Exodia deck, but back then the cards were so rare that they actually [i]were[/i] a status symbol. Idiots still come up to me when they find out I play the game and say "Hey, I've got Exodia, I'll sell it to you if you want." as if Exodia was actually a good card. Lol, but then again, who cares about Traditional? It's a minor point, but important to take into consideration when thinking about casual play. Obviously should be plain banned though. There's a lot of ways to recover from getting those cards blown off the field. Magical Stone Excavations, Magician of Faith, Mask of Darkness (for the Destiny Boards).. Running a play set of each is hard to actually get through. In any case.. OT: Exodia was decent about a decade ago. Now it's just way too easy to win with. Should definitely be banned.
