This card cannot be Summoned if you control less than 6 cards on your field. When this card is Summoned: Take control of 1 card your opponent controls; when this card is removed from the field return the card to its original owner. This card cannot attack if you control less than 3 cards on your field.
comment please, trying to make a set.

Now we can Normal Summon Snatch Steal. Nothing weird.

This has hardly any restrictions, which is ok for the 2k ATK (it doesn't need restrictions for that anymore, really). But the fact that you steal any of your opponent's cards upon its Normal Summon is what breaks this card, even with the restrictions. Plus, that awkward moment when you steal your opponent's face-down MST.

You will need SEVERE restrictions if you want to have a card that steals your opponent's monsters, and stealing Spells and Traps is just weird.

[s]You should have just called it "F*** you I'm taking your cards". I mean seriously, not even Snatch Steal is this powerful. It can steal basically anything you want, even your opponent's set Spell/Trap card. Not to mention it has 2000 ATK which is too damn high for a level 4 monster. You can just keep on summoning copies of this card to continuously meddle with your opponents play. It's OP'd and need major fixing. It's a pretty good card for a new member though, I'll give you that, but it's OP'd as f*** and will definitely be perma-banned if Derpnami ever releases this.[/s]

Oh goddamn it I forgot about the Set part. I'm blind! Blind I tell you!
Still OP'd since you can take Spell/Traps or anything when used with Book of Moon. Maybe reduce the ATK or make it so that it can only take monsters.

It doesn't matter if you're taking a chance, you still just took one of your opponent's cards, useful to you or not, because now, your opponent won't have it until this thing is gone. Plus, if this thing is used for Xyzs, then it can be used as a material, not technically leave the field, and be detached. You still keep the card.

Look at it like this: Change of Heart is banned. Snatch Steal is banned. Brain Control is banned. Mind Control is limited and could be banned real soon. Controlling your opponent's cards needs incredible nerfing, much more than what you did. Much.

[background=rgb(251, 253, 254)]My personal suggestion for changes, with fixed OCG, as well, if you decide to go that route. By making it just monsters, you've still got an effective beatstick, but it's not as broken as it was before you had the ability to take anything. I must say though, for a new member, the card is excellent. Needs work on the balance, but other than that, very, very well done.[/background]
