Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having exactly 5 WATER monsters in your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned: You can discard 2 random cards from your opponent's hand. The effect of Ice Spirit God - Moulin Glace can only be activated one per turn. If this card leaves the field, you cannot conduct your next turn's Battle Phase.

First is Ice Spirit God - Moulin Glace, and the second card is Earth Spirit God- Grand Soil. Earth is in return of the duelist, and Ice is in Abyss Rising

Guest God Machismo!!!!!

If you use it for an Xyz, that line doesn't exist.

Now that I look at Gransoil again, the Reborn'd monster stays after Granny dies. :o

EDIT: Just threw together Gransoil.dek draft.

It's really interesting how they follow the general idea of their spiritual art.

Although that means that if we get a Dark one then it'll be drawing cards...

So what exactly are we using as the other Xyz Material with these cards?

With Moulin Glace, ALL OF THE LEVEL 8 GISHKI!

I'm kinda hyped about that card to be honest, I've always liked WATER. Besides, the artwork is pretty epic, just as Grandsoil's.

Glace looks like a Lightray to me. =/

yeah, that what i've thought of when I first saw it. it's because of those colours are a lot similar to other lightrays:o

generally the Summoning requirement is like DAD but is it easier or harder to summon depend on grave control? generally Grand Soil the only one for now that you can Summon more than 1 copies in a turn (unless you reviving an EARTH monster from your Grave)

The WATER one is crazy good if there's a consistent way to get it to the field. (I'm not up-to-date with any WATER style builds so I don't know if they have a way to fill up the Graveyard quick enough for this to be worth running.)

The EARTH one makes a nice Rock Stun tech.

I've tried Gransoil, and it doesn't work in a pure EARTH Deck unless you banish from the Graveyard a lot.

As for the other fella, there's always Ronintoadin.

The FIRE one will be the most broken. Lavals will make it too easy to summon, it only takes 1 "Heat Transmission". But I think it's with Volcanics they will shine more. Think of it: it's an archetype with great Graveyard manipulation, between Blaze Accelerator, Shell, Avarice and Firestorm Guards, and even if your Spirit God gets sent to Graveyard and you can't attack next turn, you can use Accelerator's eff to make nullify the disadvantage. I only hope they make it a Pyro-Type, because that way, it can act as a target to Firestorm Guards. However, I think it will be a Dragon, a Dinosaur or even a Reptile, because all Spirit Gods that came until now are from "animalistic" tribes, and those are the bestial types most associated with the FIRE element. I also hope they make its effect the following:

When this card is Summoned, you can target 1 monster your opponent controls: Destroy it, and your opponent takes damage equal to its original ATK.

Though they would probably add a Only Once Per Turn clause for it to have this effect.

While them following that pattern is good, its bad because...

Dark will likely be overpowered(as you stated)

Fire's damage is going to be mediocre

Wind could be a potential game-winner

Light would be abusable, but only in a handful of weird-ass builds

The effects are an updated version of the Spiritual Arts, not a carbon-copy of them. We're not sure how they are going to deal with the other elements, maybe they can add something more than just damage to FIRE.

Why would you upgrade something that deals damage equal to the atk on a 2800 monster?

Fire Art requires you to tribute a FIRE monster, then does damage equal to it's ATK.

If Fire Spirit God does like 2500 or more damage without any idiotic drawbacks/gimmicks attached(aside from the obligatory battle-phase-skip that the others have), then it would be pretty good, and a potential game-winner.
