Toffee.
With Puppet- Once per turn if you control no Spell/Traps... Use the effect -> Set a backrow -> Get them all activated n' junk before the Opponent's turn ends -> Repeat. Wat. Also, Coat of Arms looks fantastic. Agro
We officially can't have any cards that generically increase counters for any counter. Also, coat of arms looks f*cking godly... at least after Dino Rabbit leaves us alone.
evilfusion
Number 88 sounds acceptable. Its Summoning Conditions, combined with how its effect works, is balanced enough. I'd rather bring out Neo Galaxy or a 2 Material Rank 8 than bother with something that'll let me win in 3 turns provided it doesn't get Veilered or something. Zowayix
How does Veiler stop Destiny Leo? Doesn't it just stall for a turn?
You can't get to 3 Destiny Counters because detaching an Xyz Material is a cost and you will not get the Destiny Counter. Also generic counter ruling and stuff.
I don't remember if it's true or not, but when a card with an effect like that loses its effect, it no longer becomes an eligible target for the Counters it holds and they are removed. I haven't heard anything about Counters in a long time, so I could be wrong.

However, that's how Spell Counters (and I think Bushido Counters?) are ruled, so I'll probably say Destiny Counters will be ruled like that too.
