I wasn't sure how balanced it was, due to the fact that it does tutor Level 1 monsters, but I don't see it working outside of a dedicated HERO build, really. I mean, sure, HERO Beat could splash a few, but it conflicts with Pot of Duality in some cases, and any non-HERO Deck would have to run the HERO Fusions [i]and[/i] HERO Normal Monsters to even use it.

Any feedback?

Seems like its been done. Actually it was done similarly in the Anime/Manga. Forgot the name of the card though. Seems like its just a free lv1 but you should just have it available during the BP. Good job though.

Are you sure? I know similar cards exist; I'm not sure if you're thinking of "Flute of Summoning Kuriboh" or something similar, but it's basically designed as a reason to play around with teching some Level 1 monsters into some HERO Builds. I'm not sure what kind of engines it would realistically support, but that's the fun of creating a card like this in that due to the requirements, there's not really any way in which it could be considered broken.

I fail to see how RabbiHero would benefit from this in the slightest, aka what Level 1 monster(s) would they run to warrant the use of this card?

Love the pic. Anything with Kuriboh in it automatically draws my attention. Anyway onto the card.

Well this is definitely a card Jaden Yuki would use, so kudos to keeping with the theme . As you said, it can really only be ran in E-HERO decks, making it pretty limited. While of course this card was widely meant to support any Level 1s that would be used with the HEROs, but to further support Winged Kuriboh why not make it so that the only monster your opponent can attack is the SSed monster? In all honesty, I think it is UP'ed. I mean you have to banish a Fusion monster, then with limit of needing a Normal E-Hero, and then the monster is in ATK position.

...but maybe I am getting too caught up in the defense purpose of the card, and not looking at it from all angles.

Well let's not forget the fact that HERO Beat can run it to tutor an instant Level 5 Synchro. Alius + Veiler = Catastor, Librarian, etc. Plus, it's a Quick-Play, so it can be used for some shenanigans during the opponent's turn if need be. You can also use it with Mystic Piper and as you said, Winged Kuriboh. I pretty much designed it based on the image, while trying to keep it somewhat competitively useful.

I had a brainfart moment and completely forgot about Synchros. I haven't used them in so long they have kinda slipped from my memory. Okay, I am feeling better about this card. lol.
