There's just no reason to run it, and if for some reason I did want to run some sort of boosting card that uses Xyz, I'd just use Xyz Unit, since it's at least decent. I'm sure this will be involved in a Gale Dogra OTK, possibly involving Scapegoat and/or Junk Warrior. Or you could keep dumping the same Xyz each turn with Gale Dogra, recovering it when you use this card. That will turn all of your monsters into Inyection Fairy Lilies.
