Doesn't this run into the Harpie Clause which kind of clashes with its main purpose of supporting the other two nimbles

I agree with you. The concept of this card is great, but the Harpie Clause does limit what this can do.

Except not really. The whole point of the card is to Xyz Summon with it, so it doesn't really have anything else going on for it. Also, the fact that it has the Harpie clause is to prevent it from being potentially broken with Nimble Angler, or at least that's the way I see it.
