Tiers are thrown around so stupidly in yugioh. You have a meta, an undermeta, underundermeta, inbetweens, good against x and y but fails against z, etc etc etc. You can't just clump them all into a semi-strict tiering system to judge them. All cards that exist The MCG But to be serious, Monarchs already have Treeborn, and we aren't even sure how this would be ruled to affect monsters of their Level. You do realise that a lot of Inzektor's side can basically be anti-siding right? Because of how destructive they are. .-. While yes, Dino Rabbit's a bad matchup, it's far from unwinnable.
