[/quote] ....wait a moment, did you just summon a bunch of monsters in one turn? i know... i know.... there are better things to xyz summon when you'd spam a bunch of level 4s. quite honestly, i was kidding about spamming gem-knight. but i wasn't kidding about awakened hero. i'm just saying in general, it'd be odd to see a bunch of level 4s spamming themselves and making: utopia maestroke gem-knight daigusto emeral (because i treat this as a staple) all in one turn. because it will make me happy. i'd talk about rank 3s, but wind-ups make things no fun. back to gem-knight. like i said earlier, it gets over stardust (but nobody plays it anymore except with starlight road), it gets over most effect negators, it gets over pretty much any threat that's under 2600. [/quote] Fiendish doesn't stop it from attacking since Fiendish can't even target a non-effect monster. Card is a staple in anything that can make Rank 4s. And if I didn't know it was actually a Rare, I'd never guess my Pearl is meant to be a rare. Looks like any ordinary Xyz to me. Not that I own any common Xyzs to compare it to... [/quote] i somehow missed that... my bad and i think i saw a common gem-knight pearl, but i'm not too sure. i'll just look up a list of common xyz monsters.
