Either use it as some kind of counter or something when your opponent starts drawing or use it to fuel an OTK with stuff like Dark World whatever-that-card-was, One Day of Peace, or some other third thing. The way it works, is that when your opponent draws outside of their draw phase, is when you can first flip it. [b]After[/b] that instance, whenever they draw outside of their draw phase, you can draw 2 cards. Yay for the errata butchering any hope of people actually knowing that's what it does. Honestly, I would just like all cards reprinted so they have new text and, for those cards that need it, new names to fit into their proper archetypes better. On topic: used in really crappy Exodia decks. However, unless they make a bunch of overpowered cards whose cost is your opponent drawing cards at the end of the effect, I don't think this would ever see play in anything else.
