How does it work? Seriously.

Is it something other than "Flip this face-up any time your opponent draws outside of their Draw Phase. At that time, and all future times, draw 2 cards whenever your opponent draws outside of their Draw Phase."?

As stated earlier, its original card text explained it a lot better.

The way it works, is that when your opponent draws outside of their draw phase, is when you can first flip it. After that instance, whenever they draw outside of their draw phase, you can draw 2 cards.

Yay for the errata butchering any hope of people actually knowing that's what it does.

*reads previous errata*

Konami, why the f*** did you change it?!? The previous one was a lot better. In fact, I'd say it was perfect.

"You can activate this card when your opponent draws a card outside of his/her Draw Phase. After that, each time your opponent draws cards outside of his/her Draw Phase, you draw 2 cards."

Yeah, this errata was a lot better.
Honestly, I would just like all cards reprinted so they have new text and, for those cards that need it, new names to fit into their proper archetypes better.

On topic: used in really crappy Exodia decks. However, unless they make a bunch of overpowered cards whose cost is your opponent drawing cards at the end of the effect, I don't think this would ever see play in anything else.
