is taking a monster with "less ATK or DEF then this card" (I'm assuming that is what you was going for) a one time thing? tbh I don't see this as useful .... just because it may not last that long on the field

It could mean just ATK, and just DEF, lol, or it could mean a lesser level, I swear it could mean practically anything, and all of those things would be useless because it wouldn't survive that long.

Too true, i mean you could adjust the effect to be more like "if you draw 2 times outside your normal draw phase add 1 monster of equal or lesser ATK from your deck to your hand". but honestly, unless your playing a mystic piper deck with that, this card would more or less be a dead draw

I meant as in ATK and DEF. It's meant mostly as a scapegoat card that's why the ATK and DEF is so low.

Isn't it obvious thekazu4u? It means you can use this to add Thousand-Eye Idol to your hand.

But in all seriousness. "Equal or lesser power" is a term we do not know of and that has many different meanings. The cards in YuGiOh have their powers divided in 3 ways: Level, ATK and DEF and there is no means for us to identify which of these powers you see to search.

If you an identyify this, we can make an honest review of the card.

It was meant inATK and DEF. Not level.

Now, I will say this card is underpowered. We have horrible ATK and DEF, a very slow effect and an underpowered effect to begin with. This card effect will be barely go off and even less likely is people to use this card. I assume you are unfamiliar with the current meta and most cards in the YuGiOh universe? It is always wise to know the meta and the quality of cards these days in order to understand just where to draw the line of overpowered and underpowered.

As it is, I can name plenty of cards that do this card's job way better. It simply takes way to long to start and the mosnter is so incredibly vulnerable you'll be lucky to have it on for 2 turns. Being blunt here: This card is useless.

TC has been here for at least a year, so he isn't all that new, unless your view on whether a member is new or not is different from mine.

OT: Long story short, the card is useless. It's too slow and the effect is not all that useful, unless you're running Mystic Piper. But still, the fact that it's too slow defeats any known use for it. Also, OCG is very confusing, you might want to fix that.
