newhat
It negates the effects of Hornet, Hopper, Ladybug, Mantis (while equipped), and Zektkaliber (while equipped). But it doesn't stop their effects from being activated, so Macro Cosmos or an effect-negater generally work better.

Agro
Negates the effects on the field, the second Hornet sends itself for its effect, won't it blow a card up anyway? Same way Skill Drain doesn't stop Rabbit. Or does it stop the effect, which is still activating on the field?
Expelsword
We need Evilfusion up here.
Agro
Well even if you stop Hornet, you don't stop Dfly or Centipede, so you'd rather want Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror or something else instead anyway.

ekko1990
Nah, normal summon Aklys and equip to Legionnaire or Militum and proceed to blast a monster and then Emperor's Holiday or sync to Vajrayana, equip Aklys and de-equip with its effect to blast Emperor's Holiday As Emperor's Holiday has the same wording as Skill Drain I would assume that they work alike as well, in which case it wouldn't stop anything Inzektors have except the on field effects of the equips which will not matter as Hornet will blast it away. Just Crouton
This was me 2 years ago. Die Vylons. Wonder if this does anything to Gearframe/Peacekeeper.
darkwolf777
The Emperor's Holiday, Royal Decree, Imperial Order, etc will negate any effects of a Spell/Trap card that activated on the field. Whether the card being negated remains on the field or not at resolution is irrelevant. It cannot be compared to Skill Drain in this way. If "The Emperor's Holidy" or "Imperial Order" were on the field, and a Hornet that was equipped activated its effect, the effect would be negated. Expelsword
So Dragunity becomes totally helpless and Inzektors get whatfor?
darkwolf777
So Dragunity becomes totally helpless and Inzektors get whatfor?
It doesn't stop Aklys as it activates in the Graveyard, though it would stop most other Dragunity Equips, including Phalanx. It'll stop Hornet, but wont stop Hornet from using its effect, so it can still proc Dragonfly/Centipedes. It wont stop cards like Giga-Mantis that activate in the Graveyard.
