Suibon says it dodges the cost of cards. When in reality, it simply transfers them into another form, i.e. the cost of using X is no longer detaching material and instead it is requiring this card to be in your deck, potentially cause bad draws, etc...

One could say the same of the Rescue series or of Destiny Hero - Disk Commander if it were at a non-zero number, because in addition to those objections, you must main cards that must seem to be dead draws as well in any other context, but then what? Nothing is stopping us from condemning those cards for making mock of costs and restrictions anyway.

You don't ban Diskguy because of the fact that it makes costs negligible.
You ban it because it gives you free draws with a very lose condition.
Rescue Rabbit doesn't mitigate the cost. It deletes it altogether. This cards you still need the monster out in the first place. Rescue Series cards ARE the extra-deck monster. They get it out for you as a normal summon. In order for this card to work, you have to already HAVE it out, cost/condition (1) and THEN have this card out cost/condition (2). Rescue cards you just draw -> instant monster, i.e. makes extra deck cards normal summon cards.

Treeborn Frog makes tributes negligible. It is perfectly balanced. This is like a Treeborn Frog, except for Xyz material instead of tributes.

That said, there is still a problem with this card. It would be like a Treeborn Frog for material if it had a much lower ATK. Currently it has TONS of attack and hardly ANY summoning condition, so its practically better than the malefic series in a skill drain beatdown deck. Fix this plz.

2500 ATK is there to murder Laggia, nothing more, nothing less. But seeing as Thekazu4u won't stop dragging on and on about the ATK, I reduced the ATK to 2300.
Also, check out the preview for the set this card is to be used in: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/287805-magicians-advent-preview-toyo-set-preview/

I can't understand the fuss to be honest. The card isn't splashable in most decks because most decks don't generate 5 randoms spells in the grave so quickly. She would just be sitting in hand for a while. Choas Dragons don't use it because she doesn't generate mills for them to abuse the graveyard, they don't xyz like crazy to fully max out her effect, and in fact she requires the depletion of graveyard resources (well prophecy wise anyway) means she doesn't generate any pluses on her own.

I don't really like her in prophecies either but since prophecy destroy and spellbook of the crescent exist I guess she can go in some kind of prophecy build. As for the Laggia thing...really? When does Dino rabbit generate 5 spells in the graveyard quick enough for her to be summoned and subsequently used? Sure it gives you one free laggia bullet but that takes too long, that's like a couple of lance's/shrouds/chalices and dualities down the line and if the Dino rabbits haven't won by then they've lost so its not like "Oh look I drop my witch for game because now laggia is free" its more like "Man she is just sitting in my hand till my opponent tries to get over this laggia for teh 8th time."

Personally I think the card is gimmicky and would be better at 2500 because that is the magic number to be at anything else not named chaos sorcerer falls short.
