This card's [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Level"]Level[/url] becomes the Level of that monster." Level manipulation is dumb, but what do you think about this card? I guess you could use it to dump Psi-Girl quickly and return it with Brain Hazard at a later time, or using that one Psychic card that adds banished ones to your hand, but this card doesn't seem all that impressive to me.
