Sleepy Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 Yugioh needed to make the "Level 10 or more = 3 Tributes" mechanic a ruling and not just Summoning conditions for gods. That way Normal Monsters with this amount of ATK would exist. =P More on topic, Divine Beasts-Type DIVINE monsters with high ATK and without a well thought effect or design are meh.
