When this card is activated: Banish 5 cards from your Deck face-down. If your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card, send 1 face-down Banished card to your Graveyard. During your Draw Phase, send 1 face-down Banished card to your Graveyard instead of drawing a card. If this card leaves the field, return all face-down Banished cards to the Deck.

Send 1 face-down Banished card to your Graveyard; draw 1 card.

Essentially, the first card is a free deck miller, which allows you to pick cards to send, so you can just as well send cards like Dandylion or other cards to set up your Graveyard. Even if it is kinda slowish, it's still broken as it sends when your opponent uses a Spell / Trap Card.

Second card is pretty much icing on the cake for the first card.

tl;dr: Deck thinning / Grave set-up for no cost is broken, whether or not it's slow as hell or fast as lightning.

Forget fast as Hell, with FuFu banned next format, this card easily replaces that as a more "techy/controlled" version of it at hardly no cost in Chaos Dragons. It can easily dump Wyverns, Necro Gardnas, and other little trinkets they might like to the Grave. More so, it isn't just restricted to "Dragons" like FuFu + 5GD was and it can be teched in any Deck fairly easy. It's just...broken. Second card isn't worth mentioning much though...

Does drawing matter when you can literally just play with what you have already and your Grave?

Seeing as those cards don't get put in my grave unless my opponent feels like giving them to me? Yes.
