Why you do this? Don't need 2 WATERs in hand for your combos? Why not Upstart Goblin?
Synchronized
I don't like it at all. I feel like it's way too situational to be of any practical use.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
There is a large difference between a +0 Magical Mallet and an Upstart Goblin.
Stan Alda
I'm not too impressed. I might tech it as an emergency draw card in my Legendary Ocean deck, but otherwise I wouldn't bother.
.Rai
Obviously, it was better in combo-orientated decks which is why Fish Synchro used it. But that deck is dead.
Does it compensate for dead draws? Does it return important things that need to be in the Deck to the Deck? Is the 1000 difference important for a quick kill? Wildflame
Coelacanth, monster heavy Atlanteans or Gishki, heck, even Frogs can use this! But it's not like this card is a staple for those decks, just a tech choice.

HSektor
but why would you
[s]Science[/s] Card games aren't about "why", they're about "why not". Control decks like Atlanteans and non-OTK Gishki wouldn't like the +1000 anyway.
-Berserker-
I've managed to play 3 of this per turn. Not that I play 3 of this anymore. Still, a good card, specially in the opening hand.
ranma1/2
In lameExodia, Mallet is better. In Atlanteans (however you spell them, I don't give a crap), Upstart is better. In Gishkis, however... Wait, no, you don't even see this in Gishkis, either.
