All monsters with "Blue-Eyes” in its name can’t be targeted by spells, traps, or card effects. While you control a face-up "Blue-Eyes" monster, your opponent cannot target this card for an attack. If a “Blue-Eyes” monster card is destroyed, you can pay 1,000 life points to bring that monster back form the graveyard and special summon it, ignoring its summoning conditions.

You're joking, of course, because the only loophole to creating a Special Summoning loop between Kisara and Blue-Eyes is to target Kisara with an effect. Otherwise it creates a loop where your opponent destroys Blue-Eyes, you take damage, and then tribute 1000 Life Points to get it back -- and keep in mind that even if you hadn't lost any Life Points before, you can only do this 7 times total before you're in serious trouble -- especially if you've been summoning all 3 of your Blue-Eyes to the field. If your opponent is sitting there with a Buster Blader or Dark Paladin you've pretty much done yourself in by using this card.

It shouldn't be able to work without "High Priest Seth" anyway.

that is why you have spell and trap to help you block things like that, i did not want to make it so powerful, i made it with in reason, not like other cards that are made on here that are so powerful and so strong that it make no since. i just want to made a card and see what people thing about it. so thank you Xi-3. and i am working on a card like "High Priest Seth"

Are you kidding?
This card is hardly loopable, and no one uses Dark Paladin or Buster Blader.

I think you should remove the Life Point revive thing and make it a tribute effect to revive a Blue Eyes instead.

I've also used Buster Blader and Dark Paladin precisely because they can deal with most dragons. I've even used Skilled Dark Magician and Skilled White Magician alongside them.

Ouch: Kisara's effect doesn't work due to her own effect. That's certainly something to fix. I agree that the tribute-to-revive effect would make sense. You have to make sure Kisara can target Blue-Eyes first, so you could probably make her (and perhaps Seth) the exception/s to her cannot-target effect. Unless someone else negates Kisara's effect?

"All monsters with "Blue-Eyes” in its name can’t be targeted by spells, traps, or card effects."

What if it were like this instead?

"All monsters on the field with "Blue-Eyes” in its name can't be targeted by spells, traps, or card effects."

Then the negation effect doesn't apply anyways, as the revival effect says nothing about affecting cards in the Graveyard, right?

Or you could just do "All monsters with "Blue-Eyes" in its name can't be targeted by your opponent's spells, traps, or card effects." Plain and simple.

Go ahead

how is this -
"All monsters with "Blue-Eyes" in its name can't be targeted by your opponent's spells, traps, or card effects." If a “Blue-Eyes” monster card is destroyed, you can tribute this card to bring back the “Blue-Eyes” form your graveyard and special summon it, ignoring its summoning conditions.
