When your opponent declares an attack: End the Battle Phase by removing one counter from this card. Notice: First, you can use a paper clip for a counter if you can't use your head to remember. Seriously, its not that freakin' hard. Second, It may seem op'd, but with all the new cards out there that are 10 times more powerful, this is just a stronger version of battle fader, plus the fact you can get rid of it in a heart beat with card destruction, hand destruction, and lots of other things. So, what you think.... Using new grammar, new type of never before seen effect, and has somewhat tier 1 to tier 2 capabilities..... Yes, image is horrible, but you find a better blue dragon that hasn't been used or has an yin/yang pattern/symbol to it.
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Why is it a Warrior? Anyway, "you can get rid of it with Card Destruction" is not a valid argument as to why this card isn't OP. Not everyone runs cards that can hit the hand, and even then, there aren't many. As for the Counters, you can't have counters on cards in your hand. And the paperclip thing technically means your opponent knows which of your cards is this one at all times. What you made is a 1-card perma-Threatening Roar that stays within the safety of your hand, which would make Final Countdown unbeatable by everything (aside from burn). I have no idea why you would have two counters gained each turn when you would only lose one before you get more anyway.
Master White
First of all, there is no rule saying counters can't be in your hand, show me that game rule....or game mechanic and I'll abige, but you can't show me proof within the rule book or official saying it can't be done, than your argument is invalid. Besides, counters in the past used to be just pennies or whatever you had laying around, which are still the same. And your opponent is always gonna know even if it don't have a paper clip because it says reveal every standby phase, Read the effect. Its mandatory reveal, meant to be. 2nd: Warrior, whoops, forgot to change that, it was originally going to be a warrior for a different image but changed the image, not the type, oops.... 3rd: I know people don't run cards that don't hit the hand, but there are still quite a few out there, and this is based on one of decks I've made that even seattelite allowed in duel portal, so top that arse......Plus, if you can't just put a counter in your head, you shouldn't even be playing yugioh because then you can't keep track of your own life points...unless you use a calculator, then use another one, 2 never hurt anyone and label one calc as counter. Piece of scoth tape and a black marker says hello. Now begone detrimental arse that has no idea of what he's talking about, if so, prove it, show me that this card cannot be destroyed in one turn, I know my friend max that can. Besides, the point is, all the cards I see you build are stronger then this, so why reap the hell out of it when you know its weaker? Finally, I love how you are the only that comes in this thread, and tears it down and yet has no better thing to do except make ridicolously op'd cards and not balance those. I keep forgetting RC has lost its true form of realistic balance when the advance clause has gone by by and its all filled with arses and idiots. Icy Blue, please come back to tear these people in pieces like you did to me and others in the past, at least maybe they'd learn.
Durandamon
*noobish rant*
Reported, thank you very much. If you can't take criticism, just click that red X on the right of the windows. As for the card itself, ABG is right. There are no rules that say a card in the hand can't have counters, but there aren't any cards yet that do it. Also, even if your friend Max can beat it, unless your opponent plays DW, Water Control or anything that discards your hand, which is not much really, they won't get rid of this, ever. It's a Negate Attack every turn within the safeness of your hand. THIS = Final Countdown/Exodia Piper Tier
Catterjune
This card is ridiculously overpowered and would make decks focused on battle damage (IE: almost all of them) completely obsolete. If this card was released we'd be stuck with burn and Exodia as the only decks worth running. "Hurr... Card Destruction!" Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End can be stopped by plenty of cards too. That doesn't mean it's balanced.
