Anyways, generic Rank 5 that screws over most Xyz Monsters sounds interesting. Bet this card is gonna be a staple in most Decks because of its decently high ATK and effect.

ugh, not used to the new ocg. & level 5 monsters aren't that common in a deck for it to be a staple \: i specifically made it a 5 because rank 4 or 6 would be to easy to summon and broken.

There's already an anti-Zenmaines.

Anyway, it seems a bit underpowered, actually, except that its ATK is higher than normal. There are a [i]lot[/i] of good Rank 5's, and the [i]only[/i] purpose this card serves is clearing away Zenmaines, which Black Corn does as well. If for some reason I can summon a Rank t but not a Rank 4, then Tiras is a decent out to Zenmaines anyway.

With a high ATK over most regular Xyzs, making Utopia a useless card, and several other Xyzs doesn't make this card under-powered. On the contrary it makes this card both flexible in card effect for problem cards (not just Zenmains/Maestroke) but it makes short work of others such as Bounzer by removing it's last Xyz Material while making Utopia a useless card for the turn. It has many viable uses such as removing that last Xyz Material from Leviathan so that even if this guy kicks the bucket, their Leviathan becomes useless, forces other Xyz Monsters onto their knees to beg for mercy such as Acid Golem and can be teched in a Deck that can Summon Rank 5s fairly easy while not overpowering the entire meta class. It's a good design and frankly you're all under-looking it's effectiveness much like how Black Corn was under-looked when it was brought into existence.

While this card arguably has a use, it is simply not as powerful as the other good generic Rank 5's: Tiras, Adreus, and Volcasaurus. Even among those, Adreus isn't really used iirc. I suppose I would tech one copy of this, so it's not trash by any means, but it doesn't seem to be much special, either.
