Wizarus
Heroes will dominate, DW will see more play, Wind-ups and Rabbit will probably stick around too. Agents will be underdog Tier 1, and Lavals will probably be top tier once they get support. Chaos Dragons and Inzektors are dropped to Tier 2. I can't see Sams getting out of 1.5 but they might. March 2012 was one of the worst formats in Yugioh history.
mido9
Zekts dropped a lot more than to tier 2,im not expecting them to top at all this format.

Strider Tigerwolf
The answer to your original question fan, has already been answer: Anyways, Chaos Dragons, Inzektors, and most of the Meta DOES just use 2 cards to win, but there ARE going to be some crazy tire 1/0 Decks out there, and my predictions for those decks are: Atlanteans/Spellbooks. The way Atlanteans play makes me want to run veiler at 3 again, and the funny thing is that Diva is going to help them as a Sea Serpent Tourbus that lets you Synchro/Xyz at any time. But Diva doesn't make the plays consistent, it's also the way most of the Atlanteans + their Mermail support act in unleashing their effects, so they're more combo oriented with a variety of cards. Spellbooks the same. They want to activate multiple Spellbooks in order to unleash game changing plays, and the way they recycle/search their cards isn't cool either. mido9
Atlanteans always felt pretty inconsistent when i tried them, spike didnt help enough Maybe im just playing the wrong build.
RyanAtlus
Why should Geargia go die in a hole? They're not that big a problem.
Due to them, everyone and their grandma will start siding Cyber Dragon and maybe even System Down. Which isn't a nice thought if your main Deck is Gadgets. Diva + the supposedly inconsistent Field Spell "A Forgotten Ocean" do some crazy stuff.... And Geargias...yeah. *gets flamethrower ready*

Agro
Considering how a lot of decks look like they're going to be competitive, the best deck will be whichever one is least sided against. That's how wind-ups won. Everyone forgot about them for nats. Except for other Wind-Up players. Of course there may also have been so many players for the same reason Winston played Exodia at worlds. Anyway, HEROs are the best deck.

Heros wont be able to do anything until DW hype goes down, and even then, enjoy your fragile set ups that get wrecked by power cards
Excuse me for forgetting I live in AMERICA. Despite the fact that they're not going to be out "yet" doesn't make their design any less worse, and the top tire decks that say "oh hey, I drop my boss monster just like EVERYONE ELSE CAN" are broken for those specific reasons. Game play shouldn't be "I drop my BOSS monster because I can do it anytime I please and I win" because that's bad for the game. It doesn't involve player to player interaction which konami should have been focusing on instead of bringing about these BS creations that say "I win, you mad bro?"
the thing is, junon isn't even game breaking, she destroys one thing a turn. one, and only if you banish a spellbook, nothing else works, that also limits maximum number of uses, since we do kinda need them to use other effects the deck may want to utilize, like the exceed. we've had monsters that do worse for so long, that I fail to see how this is a problem now. hell, we got people trying to bring back tele-dad for pete sake, and it might just work if they make it a chaos build with the lightsworn and go twilight, since we have 3 necro guardna and BLS still hanging around. the deck builds are gonna be bullshit like always, ether they are going to spam destruction, or throw down beatsticks with built in negation.
