Perhaps this would look better?

"Send all cards in your hand and on your field to the Graveyard. Draw 6 cards and Special Summon any monsters in face-up attack position, then send all cards in your deck to the Graveyard. This cards effect cannot be negated."

An interesting card, would definitely make a great combo with Exchange Of The Spirit, but otherwise I only see this being useful as an endgame play, or a last ditch effort when you know your opponent is gonna finish you off. In that case, I'd say this card deserves maybe 8/10. I'd rate it higher but I'm not familiar with newer cards than GX and early 5D's, so I dont know if other cards out there would render this unbalanced. Anyways, hope this helps, and looking forward ro more cards, I'll try and help with OCG as best I can.

This has to be the most overpowered card I have seen in quite a long time. Essentially, you get to spam your field with monsters against what could be an opponent's empty field. Not to mention what type of spell and trap cards you could draw to remove the monsters your opponent summons. There really isn't much to say about this card besides the fact that it is bad design and there is no way to have an effect like this and it to be positive for the game atm or at any time in history. Luck cards in yugioh are either generally bad or broken and terrible for the game. Next time, try not to make a cards geared towards a luck factor.

I could see builds like Gallis' Deck abusing this card.
First thing that came to mind.
Is a Deck that requires close to no Spell/Trap Cards, and has a Magical Merchant that searches for this card with ease.
Plus, nothing is easier than not do anything before using this, dumping your hand and field and getting a hand refresh while setting up your Graveyard from turn 1.
It is also a Special Summon card so, spam is pretty much guaranteed.

Does it have many other uses?
Not really, the card pretty much tells you that you have to win that turn because you no longer have a Deck, as well as it encourages you to do those kinds of plays with the now giant Grave set-up.
It's OTK by design.
Which can never be something good.

banish is just as bad ever heard of gren maju da eiza ?

plus dd plane and dd surivor you can keep ss then from the banish zone and it would work around this card VERY EASILY

the effect is bad anything throw in the grave like plaugespreader zombiemaster etc. and can be easily abused

effect of the monsters special summon by this card effect is negated. you can not activate the effects or special summon monsters in your graveyard or banish zone until your next main phase 1. you can not activate or set Spell and Trap cards from your Hand you draw with this card effect until your next main phase 1.

maybe adding that would nerf it down
