When this card is Summoned, toss a coin.
● Heads: When this card attacks, select and destroy 1 monster on the field. Then, inflict 500 damage to the controller of the destroyed monster. If that monster is not destroyed, destroy this card.
● Tails: When this card attacks, destroy all monsters on the field.

Seriously, why was this never made into an actual card?
Yes, I know Arcanas are mediocre, but this was one of their cooler ones.
Discuss.

Heads: Can't attack directly by itself or esle he kills himself, but can help get around all kinds of annoyances.
Tails: Attacks nukes field which can be helpful as balls when facing bigger monsters

And probably same reason every other interesting not completely broken anime was never printed. Konami did not want to print them .-.

If I'm reading it right, that first effect would cause a replay, thus allowing it to take out all monsters on the field and then attack directly. There's your answer.

They could always reword it like Puddingcess or something.

That, or just require you to pick a monster OTHER then the attack target.
That's what it does on Duel Monsters Genesis iirc

I made a Tails Arcana Force Deck with this and The Hanged Man (Arcanatic Doomscythe and Reverse Reborn were dandy). Fun times. Possibly most consistent Arcana Force deck.

...which isn't saying much.
That effect is mandatory. If it tries to attack directly, it will kill itself.

Does anyone else find it ironic that it is a LIGHT Fairy-Type monster?
It's part of an Archetype of LIGHT Fairy-Type monsters, so no, it isn't.

Come now, Konami. You can't print all these Magicals if you're not going to complete the original Arcana.

Except, its been years since Arcana Force was printed.
Not likely they would continue it.

It would very likely be reworded.
Oh and @Above: Even if it doesn't destroy the attack target with its effect it would still be a replay because the monsters on the field changed.

A replay is not considered another attack declaration. You cannot respond to it with cards like Mirror Force and the like. If this card were to activate at attack declaration, it would not do so again if there was a replay.

Now if only the Dueling Network playerbase understood this.
So even if the replay allows it to attack another monster, it can't attack again? Or it can't activate its effect again even if it attacks again? Or it just can't attack again?

It won't activate its effect again.
