At first when i read the effect i was like "...no" then i was like "well actually" and now im in between the two xD i feel like its Uber broken but then i'm like well the costs for keeping it are quite good. BUT. Fabled would make love with this card especially that "discard 1 tuner" xD you could just use this craziness to summon something insane like shooting star. I like the idea but alot of Synchro is really broken already without a card this great running about Also maybe the cost should be "select and destroy 2 non tuner monsters on your side of the field" having to say "i choose this and this" breaks the card nicely so maybe a change to that bit.

So, this, in a really complicated wording, says "Turn 1 monster into a Tuner." Oh, and it seems to ignore specific requirements such as Attribute or Type, so any two cards can make Gungnir if they equal Level 7... Hell, this makes Level 9+s require only two monsters.

Fableds wouldn't like this. If you discard Cerburrel, you get a 1k ATK Tuner that sits there doing nothing at all during your opponent's turn.

I personally don't like how it slaps the Synchro Summoning mechanic around and how it essentially turns any monster you control into a Tuner for nigh-free. The maintenance cost makes this card beg for you to act real fast and Synchro/Xyz using your new monster, which means Quasar and Rank 5+s if the Deck is fast enough, or otherwise win during the current turn.

Just give me 1 example of a 1-Turn-Quasar with this. Wont happen, I promise. It JUST. WONT. HAPPEN.

Most of the combos USE tuners for the combo! This breaks it. This is for "Okay, I need damage and the effect NOW. Idc if I pay a lot for it , I need it now" And you get it right then and there.

But, it costs a lot in the long one. After 2 end phases its already hurting you.

Discard Mezuki, SS PSZ.
Sync for random Level 6 thing.
Banish Mezuki, SS PSZ.
Sync for another random Level 6 thing.
Activate your card. Get a Quasar that used 2 non-Tuners.

/Bad 5-card combo for spite.

You don't seem to notice that you can use this card to get the card you wanted, like is intended, but you can use it for something else (or to push for game) to get rid of this cost [i]before[/i] you end up having to discard Tuners in order to maintain this card. It's like how E-Teleport's banish drawback doesn't mean anything because you're going to Summon using the monster you just Summoned.

That wouold require having 2 of these, a mezuki, a foolish, and 2 zombie master in your hand at once.

Exodia can have 5 cards and win instantly, too.

Except Exodia needs those cards specifically, not to mention Exodia is banworthy due to the drawfest of a Deck that is Exodia. The combo I mentioned is just the first one I can think of, but there are plenty more. Probably some that require less cards, like the one above a couple posts.

Quasar...cost you a lot...the monster destroyed in the end phase if cost not payed...yeah, if you don't see the irony in that, I'd suggest you to read up on Quasars effect.
