So, it seems after the first 3 "Firestar" monsters in 3 different magazines, we're getting not only a regular Booster Pack, but also a Structure Deck and a V-Jump Edition (almost) entirely dedicated to the FIRE Attribute... What do you think of it? Is Konami trying to compensate for all the years of neglicency over one of the most [s]BADASS[/s] classical elements in both Western and Eastern Culture? Is the Metagame heading up to be completely dominated by what was one of the most forgettable Attributes in the game? Or will Konami blow up again [s]like they always do[/s]? Lavals will have a hard time getting stronger, unless Rekindling gets a searcher (lolTier-1) but a new playstyle for FIRE would be quite interesting, they never really do anything outside of run over stuff or burn.

Depends on how they want the Firestars to work(They even hinted at expanding them), is how the outcome will be.
That, and everyone wants to know what the Fire Elemental Lord does.

Actually, the more likely candidate will be:

When this card is Summoned: Send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard, and inflict damage to your Opponent equal to the ATK of the sent monster.

So far they're stronger than the Arts, though, not the same.

Possibly 'select a face-up, burn equal to ATK', 'discard, burn as ATK', or if they want something super-strong, 'send from Deck to Grave, burn equal to ATK'.

[size=4][sup]If they ever get a huge main deck beat stick, that's nearly unplayable, but useful, i may consider teching a soul of fire in it. that being said, i hope we get a good fire archetype in these guys..... even tho soul is useless unless banish lavals.[/sup][/size]

They released an anime card in the DW Structure (Celri), so there is a possibility that Bonfire could be in the next Structure or even in the the next VJUMP Edition since 3 of the cards in there are anime cards.
