I love Elemental Heroes and I really like this one.

However, if I would suggest, instead of making it 1 WATER or 1 warrior, I would make it either 1 WATER HERO monster or just one other HERO monster.

Though its really nice.

It is an easy way to bring out a level 4 xyz like Utopia so I recommend making it like a level 5.

Its ATK/DEF is perfect and OCG is perfect.

This card causes too much sh*t with Stratos. I'm not even joking, this is just a terrible idea.

Really the only consolation I can see from this is that you can't use it as its own Fusion Material, as you can't return it to the hand. And if that idea I have there is wrong, then I'm just gonna have to say no, this card is absolutely broken. It's too good in HEROs.

Hell, I could probably say it's broken just because it's a +2 just for summoning Stratos.

It's broken and overpowered.Think about it,if you have 1 "Straros" in your graveyard,control 1 Absolute Zero and 1 Bubbleman,Special Summon it,Call Straros,then add a Allius,and Special Summon the Bubbleman.Overlay it and Bubbleman to call the Blade Armor,it's make a OTK

I'm a HERO player so I have experience with this sort of thing and like people have been saying this just totally breaks Stratos, I mean Stratos has been considered to be banned for a while now and the fact that this can revive Stratos without Normal Summoning and essentially turns Miracle Fusion into a monster Reborn. It doesn't really need the contact Fusion clause either as the only way this will normally be made is by Miracle. However I like the idea of making new good HERO fusions and the card is well made.

Not to mention you can nuke your opponents monsters if you use it with Absolute Zero, and really, you're not losing advantage if you do so. Oh, and funny how nobody has caught what I'm going to say yet: this card can be Summoned with Instant Fusion. Really, this fact and the fact that it's a monster reborn with legs that's really, really easy to be summoned, makes it utterly broken.

I guess you could make it only be able to be Summoned with the effect, but even that change wouldn't balance it, as I mentioned before, it would still make shenanigans with Absolute Zero.
