Lonk Posted September 17, 2012 Report Share Posted September 17, 2012 I can't believe how amazing this card actually is for a plot device. Seriously. First off, I like to point out the fact that it is a Quick-Effect, which would allow it to shut down UP TO TWO cards your opponent controls faster than Veiler Speed. This is amazing disturbance strategy while having a pretty manageable requirement (Controlling a Photon monster, and requiring to halve its ATK). 10/10 card design Konami, and so far is one of the best designed cards in the anime.
