Opponent's field: 2 Beast King Barbaros and a set card, 4 cards in-hand. Mine: Nothing. 3 cards in hand.

Summon Xex, bring out Yagan, Reborn my Worm Solid with 1900 DEF. Set this.
Next turn, he attacks, I flip this, returning a beast king. He summons T.G. Rhino (for some reason) and ends. flip Yagan and friends back down, I draw 3 and summon Worm King.
Pop Solid to destroy his face-down D Prison, destroy both of his monsters in battle and end setting 4, including Starlight Road.

What exactly did Worms do before this card?
PAWMAN, which is still the best Worm Deck after this card. It's also horrible to play against and shouldn't exist.

When I was testing it on DN, I kept getting "bg", and general insults for playing it because it was so infuriating.

This card definitely puts in work. However, you have to have an established field of some sort for it to do anything, or your opponent has to have barely any moves. When it goes off, though, it creates anger. A +3 is nothing to laugh at, especially since Worm King can wreck whatever defenses your opponent puts up. I oftentimes have him alone on the field simply because I can keep popping the opponent's cards with no worries, having a healthy backrow of my own.

I guess that goes with the Worm decks that have been topping lately, though. Not in general.

It's funny how people act like this is the thing making worms strong or something, but PAWMAN doesn't even run this. Useful for more traditional worms though.

What's this PAWMAN? You got me interested...
And it's amaizing how 1 card does so much for the archetype. I just wish works weren't so trap-heavy (they are, right?)

Everyone I know on DN is running Worms for the sole fact that they are constantly topping now. Which is weird because they didn't even exist last format.
I haven't seen them anywhere in the OCG.

Is there some TCG exclusive I'm missing? Or is this just a new Chaos thing with TGU?

EDIT: I'm going to assume this is all because people are actually starting to run Night Assailant with TGU.

No. Worm decks don't even run Tour Guide (at least the builds I have seen). They basically act as Gadgets/Stun, where they use a ton of traps to stop the opponent from doing anything, whilst gaining advantage of their own and setting up the field.

The basic deck list is:
3x Worm Xex
3 x Worm Yagan
2-3x Worm Cartaros
2-3x Thunder King
2x Worm King

Staple spells

Lots of destruction/removal traps
2x Starlight Road/Revolution is Over
3x Meteorite

You force your flip effects, then reset them and draw...that would have been a pretty good effect as is...then someone said "hey...just toss in a free summon" for the hell of it.
You won't believe the number of activations it forces. Every single time they try to destroy Worm King, and they're usually afraid to Torrential because of the 2 backrow you still have, 1 of them probably being Starlight Road.

Something like that, but built better. It was a quick version. It's basically, "Worm Linx is a stupid concept who the heck designed this: The Deck."

NEVER PLAY IT EVER.
