You need specific materials for a monster that has not-so-great stats, and provides a weak temporal boost that only affects Fairy-Types (those damn angels only helping boost among themselves instead of watching over the poor mortal souls in need). It will be an equivalent to Gem-Knight pearl , who can be brought out with any Level 4s, for just one turn, and then you won't want to use it's effect again because it wants to die with Materials in it to cover for your interests (talk about Angels not wanting to give all they got as the charitable beings they are supposed to be). Then, it only revives Level 4 or lower Fairy-Types. How many good targets you might want to grab are Level 4 or lower? I can see Honest and a Tuner, but that's about it. I like the image though, the name is.. uhh.. err.... a name... I'd suggest either a bigger boost, a more generic boost, a permanent boost, or more than one of the above.
