If you control no monsters: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned by its effect: Add 1 Ritual Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. When you Ritual Summon a WATER Ritual Monster, you can banish this card in your Graveyard as one of the monsters required for the Ritual Summon.

WATER/Spellcaster/Spirit/Level 4/ATK 1800/DEF 1000
Cannot be Special Summoned. During the End Phase of the turn this card was Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: Return this card to the hand. During the End Phase of the turn this card was Normal Summoned, if you control a face-up «Gishki» monster: You can send this card to the Graveyard instead of returning it to the hand, and if you do; reveal the top 2 cards of your Deck. Add any WATER monsters revealed by this effect to your hand, and shuffle the other cards into the Deck.

Ritual Spell Card
You can use this card to Ritual Summon any WATER Ritual Monster. You must also banish WATER monsters in your Graveyard whose total Levels are equal to or higher than the Level of the Ritual Monster you're attempting to Ritual Summon.

Continuous Trap Card
Once per turn, when a Ritual Monster is Ritual Summoned: Target 1 card on the field; destroy that target.

The original Aquataor had the effect to destroy 3 of opponent's cards, but that was a tad bit too much.

Maybe they changed that because newbies couldn't figure out what a Ritual Monster was. I don't use any Ritual Monsters anymore, so I wouldn't have known if they had the whole "Cannot be Normal Summoned" text, but intuitively they shouldn't. Otherwise Fusions, Xyz, and so on would need them too. I guess for Spirits it makes sense to say they can't be Special Summoned, since it's an Effect Monster Type and not an entirely different card type.

Nice-looking set.

Aquataor looks fine. I'd say that it could go without destroying one of your cards, since generally a ritual will usually take a few cards to get out, but it's up to you.

Djinn is too good. The thing is a Cyber Dragon, only easier to summon (since you can drop it onto an empty field) and it gives you an extra card when it does. The no Xyz clause only slighty hurts it, since a) Gishkis seem to do more on even levels, and B) it would be easy enough to drop a tuner, sync and then use Rites or Djinn's effect to summon a ritual at low cost. Even without that, it can still run over a lot of things. Monsters with Cyber Dragon-like effects usually have some more significant drawback (Attack loss, being DEF-oriented, using the normal summon, ect.) that makes up for whatever other effect they have, whilst most of them still can't come out onto an empty field.

Eva looks OK. I'd say clarify that it's another Gishki, otherwise it will be able to set off the effect itself, which given that it mentions needing a Gishki at all presumably isn't the intention.

Rites is an idea I like - I even did a similar card before at one point. Not sure about the extra levels being needed, and perhaps limit it to Gishkis rather than WATER, since it would tie in better to the other ritual spells.

Storm seems decent, but feels a bit underwhelming. The support for all rituals is nice, but it's slow and vulnerable to spell/trap removal.

Djinn... level 5..... You realize ALL gishki rituals are even leveled right >.<. Sure it's a cydrag with a search effect, but Shadow & Vision searches better and this deck is known for swarming with beaters. It banishing from grave effect is handy, except you would need another odd leveled monster to ritual summon. Smae goes with the other odd levels in your deck, only way they can be used for ritual is if another odd is in your hand/field/grave. Gishki rites is useful, but everyone knows that banishing kills gishki. It's handy when you're in a tight spot, but is banishing your monsters worth it. It's not a bad card, just that i don't think it'll work well in here.

With those stats, Djinn doesn't need the cost for the SS - the problem before was that 2100 ATK meant it could be used to overcome high ATK level 4 monsters and the like that may have effects disrupting you. At 1500 it can't do that, and at level 4 it can be normal summoned without cost, so all the SS does is save your normal summon. I'd also say it could probably get away with being usable for Synchro or Xyz summons (or just one of the two/only for WATER Synchros & Xyzs), since it gives it more flexibilty. Fusion seems unlikely for Gishkis and there are better ways to generate tribute fodder, so those summons aren't really worth considering.
