This card was inspired by its art. As long as it's used strategically, it can help during the game. I was thinking of making it so you had to pay 500 LP to keep it in play, but I felt that it would give the user of the card too much power over the game. Sure, they're losing Life Points each turn, but they just need to stall until they find a way to destroy the opponent's higher-level monsters, then they could get rid of it by not paying the 500 Life Points, and still have their own high-level monsters.

So, tell me what you think and I'm open to all edit suggestions. :)

Too bad the card will forever be considered as bad, as Xyz Monsters exist. Oh and lol, did you really think that adding a cost for the card would make the card give too much power to its owner? What kind of backwards logic is this? And really, there is no way of fixing this, other than changing the effect to this: As long as this card remains face-up on the field, no Level 7 or Rank 3 and higher monsters can declare an attack. THEN the card would be good, since it can be searched with Terraforming, and it would stop the cards from attacking that actually are impacting the game at the moment.

It's a really subpar card in a hostile environment. First, Gravity Bind does what this card does, and better. Then there's the Spell Card form, Level Limit Area B, which shifts the cards that can be affected by Gravity Bind into Defense Position, effectively halting their attacks (unless it's Total Defense Shogun).

Not only that, but many bosses don't have a Level anymore, and instead, a Rank.

I would suggest adjusting the Level requirement in order to make it more usable, but to be honest, Gravity Bind and Level Limit Area B has that covered well enough. So instead, it could probably block Xyz Monsters of Rank 4 and either higher or lower from attacking.

Edit: Ninja'd. :S And also, it's Continuous, though making it a Field is ok.

Oh derp, saw it as a field spell card. Well, in the case that it's a Continuous Spell Card, it's severely outclassed, as you pointed out Gravity Binds / Level Limit - Area B's existence.

Thanks for the comments. First, I'd like to say that I don't watch nor will I ever watch Yu-Gi-Oh 5 D's. I am more so into the original Yu-Gi-Oh and Yu-Gi-Oh GX which kept the theme from the original Yu-Gi-Oh. That's why I made this card. So, when you're talking about Xyz's, I have no clue what your talking about. With this in mind, yeah. You're probably right that this card sucks in the newest generation.

I made it for the older generations, and you won't see me making too many newer cards, either. So, I'm not saying you're wrong, (because you're probably right) I'm just saying that this card was meant for YGO & YGO-GX.

We get these kind of people sometimes. Still, when you make a card and put it here, it's judged as a card of today, not many years ago.

And yeah, 5Ds is when Yugioh began evolving, and then even more so in Zexal. The game isn't anything like it used to be back in those days. The game speed is on drugs, and the new mechanics bring out potential in previously worthless cards like Rescue Cat and The Agent Venus.
