[/quote] You're better off using Prohibition, unless the card is Limited, or you see your opponent add a card to their hand/know they have a card they will play right then and there. Bahamut - Envoy of the End Posted September 30, 2012 Report Share Posted September 30, 2012 Saw this earlier today looking for cards that banish themselves to activate (looking for graveyard stuff). Completely underwhelmed. Interesting OCG image. I'm assuming you can't chain this to summoning. I'm also assuming that there has never been anyone stupid enough, not even on DN, to actually trip this off. Deterant cards are just a waste of resources. Yeah, this stops 1-3 cards as long as it survives. That still leaves 40-50 that are gonna kill you. Would have been interesting if it wasn't permanent and could activate from graveyard, but garbage as is. Even without the current format to consider. [/quote] Well, if you could chain to the summon, it would do nothing. The summon already occurred, and you acknowledge that with the fact that you activated this card. [/quote] If you could chain it to the summon of a monster to banish it, it would be decent (given it replaces Bottomless, which sees little use anymore) If you could activate it, declare a name, then use it as a Siny Black C, it would be decent. Opponent activates Grapha's effect, chain this and call Grapha, they lose Grapha. Opponent activates Starlight, chain this and call Stardust, they lose Stardust It can't chain to Summons, but it can chain to effects that Summon a monster. [/quote] You can tell I haven't played with meta Decks much. Okay, but it still has definite uses. And it's still easy to activate this card when Grapha's in the Grave.
